เงินเดือน 70,000 - 90,000 มีค่าน้ำมันและค่าตำแหน่ง
ความรับผิดชอบ:
- Planning and organizing the production processes in order to minimize the manufacturing costs through effective utilization of manpower, equipment, facilities, materials and capital.
- Assuring attainment of business objectives and production schedules; ensuring that the product quality meets or exceeds the internal standards and customers’ expectations.
- Establishing group and individual accountability throughout assigned departments to focus on the fact-based problem solving and effective cost reduction.
- Managing the production (Casting) budget, actual production (Casting) costs in order to achieve financial targets (production cost of casting) and follow up production plans as well as company standard processes and to assure feasibility of production plan & volume
- Improving manpower utilization within existing departments and scheduling stability that allows for maximum staff efficiency.
- Managing the casting team in order to assure the appropriate staffing and maintaining working environment according to group Environmental Health & Safety (EHS) standards.
คุณสมบัติ:
- Bachelor Degree in Industrial Engineering or other mechanical / engineering fields.
- At least 10 years of experience in sanitary ware ceramic casting area
- Operational knowledge of production methods (Kanban, 5S, TPM, TQM, Kaizen)
- Computer Skills (Microsoft Office)
- Production methods: Kanban, 5S, TPM, TQM, Kaizen, Lean, Statistical Process Control
- Able to use English
